I found that this photo has a very impressive feeling with a simple and fantastic composition so decided to make it in CG and here is the result<br />
The hardest part was to show the same feeling in that old woman face!<br />

Modo used for modeling,texturing,lighting,sculpting and rendering<br />
Post work and composite done by photoshop<br />
